GALAXY' ANOMALIES

(....( or SEARCHING FRIENDS IN THE SKY ) ( or CAMILLA AND ASKO SURELY SHALL UNDERSTAND... )
Premise . Our reports of astronomy are supporting a theory over the redshift in opposition to the big bang ' theory ;
 we don't know (reports of ) galaxy ' associations with quasar or supernova or gamma-ray-burst   having the redshift coincident ;
( the matter is jointed in galaxies...; the objects with very higth temperature have redshifts that put its always out of galaxies...;)
  if you have different informations , please signal to us !

   Who shall study and , resolving , shall tie these anomalies of galaxy ?
ECCENTRICITY ‘ ANOMALIES .
  The Cat VII/250 2ndGRS , in Strasbourg ' CDS gives for the galaxies with redshift (RS) bigger than 0.01    the magnitude without absorbtion (Bjsel ) , with absorbtion (Bjmag ) , ETA ( index of stellar formation , probable temperature ' indicator ) , datas of eccentricity (ECC ,inlination ) and area in pix ( a galaxy ' Real Surface = area * ((1- ECC^2)^0.5 ) ; we remember to all , that the ECC is the visual angle of a galaxy ( ECC=1 when it seems a line , with 0 degree sight ; ECC = c/a   with 'a' the biggest semiaxe and 'c' the distance from centrum to ellipse’ focus ).
  So , if we count the galaxies with the visual angle bigger than 45degrees ( almost circular , with ECC between 0 and 0.7071 ), its are 10 times more than the other-ones ( its should be 50% and 50% , but we lost the 90% of the second-ones ! ( because each degree has the same probability to contain same galaxies)) . In the first 50% , the part with 'c' between 0-0.38 (angle 90 to 67and1/2) has two times the galaxies than the other part ); that-ones with angle-sigth within 90 - 67and1/2 degrees are 200 times more than with angle-sigth 0- 22and1/2 degrees ; endly that-ones with angle-sigth less 15 degrees are 1/4000 than the corresponding part ( 75 to 90 degrees ).
 We are thinking , in consequence , that the ligth of cutting-sigth ' galaxies cannot do big distances ( probable bigger efficiency of Raman' effect , for spatial powders ? )
  ((( You can do EASY VERIFIES directly in CDS-vizier , inserting in dedicated boxes ecc. 0.7071..1  and 0..0.7070 ..; for other verifies you can use  !=  or activating the  'list' )))
   The galaxies with higth ECC so are nearer like the underlying datas shows :
MBjsel 17.2   RedShift 0.075  ECC 0.45        True Surf pix 1350 ;
MBjsel 18.2   RS          0.10    ECC 0.38        T S pix           550 ;
MBjsel 19.2   RS        0.122    ECC 0.30        TSp                230   (its influence in the average is diminuishing with the distance).
   The adsorbtion ( bigger for the higth eccentricity ) seems to not justify this anomaly because 1000 frontal galaxies ( ECC between 0 and 0.1 ) have the Energetic Relation (Energetic Relation is the power ' relation between MBjsel and MBjmag : see later..) between MBjsel and MBjmag like 1.1140 while 1000 cutting galaxies ( ECC between 0.80 and 1 ) have the same Energetic Relation like 1.1148 : only a little more .
  Note : all that is explaining because the distance ' statistics had to be made only with galaxies with ECC  lower than 0.25 and because the RS is only a distance ' indicator not really representative , for us.
       SPECIFIC FLUX ‘ ANOMALY .
  We take the same galaxy ‘ group (CAT VII/250) with MBjsel until 19.5 ; if , conventionally , we make '1' the energy ’ amount sending to the photometer a galaxy with MBjsel 20 , the formula 10^(0.4*(20-MBjsel x ))gives the energy of each-one relationed to MBjsel 20 and , multiplying for 1000 and dividing for each relative Area-pixel (SFEP), we can get , under our convention , the Specific Flux of Energy for Pixel (SFEP) of all our galaxies .
   Now we observe
 1 ) the 99% of SFEPs are in the field 7 to 28 ( 1 to 4 relation ) and that must seem very strange because the galaxies can have from 5M to 5000MD of stars , with different temperature ( the different temperature changes the photometer with the 4 potential ! ) , age , angular exposition ….( We remember that the SFEP like calculated , for our physics , must remain constant to every distance because to a double distance the energy becames a quarter like the surface , only a little absorption that the MBjsel includes : only in the last theorical point should be possible to have a ligth ' diminuishion with the removal ( respecting problems of halo , higth atmosphere ' deviation , far mouving masses..) )( the waited SFEPs should have interior large differences and remain constant , theorically untill the surface is larger than a pixel !!)
  2 ) if we applay to our Local Galaxy ‘ Cluster the calculation of SFEP , in 19 objects , only one reaches the necessary flux to be reveiled at RS 0.01 (250 M.y.l.) and the interior relation of fluxes is 1 to 200 (much bigger than 1 to 4 !) ; in the Virgo Cluster -conventionally at 60 M.y.l-, in 15 objects only 4 reach the same minimum flux detectable : consequentely we think that what we see at big distance , are often the galaxy ‘ bulges and its have a big luminous uniformity .
  3 ) the fallowing diagram shows that the galaxies with higth SFEP are near (we use True Surface in pix (TSp) like before calculed ) : for
  MBjsel 17.2   SFEP 18.5RS 0.075 TSpix 1300
  MBjsel 18.2   SFEP 16   RS 0.095 TSp 550 ;
  MBjsel 19.2   SFEP 12   RS 0.122 TSp 250 .
  Consequentely we think that the bigger part of flux is losting in the travel to us ( perhaps from 20 % to 90 % ) because we cannot think that the far galaxies have a low SFEP only being far ( a discrimination ?) ; rephrasing : THE LIGTH , COMING FROM FAR , WEAKENS WITHOUT A RECOGNISED PHENOMENA !!
  Note : in our distance ' statistics ( see: New Catalogues...) we used the Magnitude ( diminuishing for this anomaly ) and Number Object ( growing for ostrich'paradox ;see our old report : New Catal..) with True Surface like controller .
      ( Conlusion ?
   1)many galaxies with RS bigger than 0.01 are  nucleous
   2)in the nuleous , the stars distance could be almost fix
   3)perhaps , the bigger part of ligth ' energy from far galaxies don't arrive to us ; it is changing nature becoming also speed in the cosmic beams
   4)the star ' speed of approaching to the galaxy ' bulge should be interest to us more than rotational speed (however : somebody says that the speed of exterior stars in a galaxy is 4 times the escape 'velocity ; somebody says that all-that should be again regular if the neuron'stars or dwarves were 2-3% ; we know that the 25% of the HST ' stellar parallaxes are negative : from that a star on two is not where we look , but its ligth is deflected by something that we don't see ) ; the approaching stars can slowly become dwarves in the bulge and so invisible ( because so far ) and gravitationally determinant .
   5)the galactic' times are not 14MD years , but maybe 1000MD years ..however the effect of the eccentricity and flux ' anomalies make invisible more than 90% of galaxies without to invent a misterious dark matter.
       ANOMALY ON DOUBLE DETECTING
   We presume that two detections on the same galaxy in a very short time , give the same resultats .
   The CAT VII/250 2ndGRS offers also detections in different times ; so we observe that after one day the MBjsel ‘ detection (given with 5 numbers) are just the same , while the datas of RS (given with 6 numbers) are often changing 5% in + or – ...(and ETA much more ! ) ...so we prouve to calculate : a galaxy with RS 0.18 is far 2MD.y.l. and in a day it goes farer or nearer 0.5% (10M.y.l. in a day) : it means in one year almost one MD.y.l. ... means it that some galaxies are speedder  than ligth one milliard times ?... and again : some galaxies in few days are changing RS of 0.1 (can we report all coordinates?) and again we get a yearly speed  one milliard times bigger than ligth'speed ... perhaps something wrong is in the RS ' concept ... maybe the measure ' tecniciens , classifying the datas quality 'good' , want to say something to us about the RS , the escape ' speed and the bigbang ..but nobody is hearing them !) .

((( We rephrase the last conclusions . The editorial staff of the cat VII/250 admits a tolerance (in redshift mesurement ' errors) mediumly of 5% and consequently a large part of absurdities pointed out , dies for incertness.
   We must note that probabely a large part of incertness depends just from the official ignorance of the strong bond between redshift -temperature ( on 60.000 galaxies ordered by ETA (=soft equivalent of temperature ) , the 6.000 warmest galaxies (ETA with higther stellar formation) have the redshift mediumly 0.115 and the 6.000 coldest-ones (with ETA in positive field) have redshift mediumly 0.095 .
   About the 3% of the presented galaxies , have a double reliefment in different time (from one day to one year) ; our research gave 27 probable 'errors in trascription' because the difference in redshift between the two reliefments was from 40% to 400% -80 times the tolerance-; the list of that 'errors' is : Galaxy Number 266458 , 267531 , 280111 , 281769 , 287458 ,288245 ,288909 ,289518 , 289815 , 296212 , 297263 , 298644 , 299211 , 303744 , 303783 , 306280 , 306455 , 307217 , 308520 , 308629 , 309599 , 313629 , 316737 , 324056 , 332376 , 36220 , 389157.
   With the word 'error in trascription' we want to indicate that in the galaxies indicated with Number , the difference in the two reliefments should make to suspect a galaxy' movement with a velocity milliard times the ligth' velocity or to demolish the joint redshift-distance , its meaning of speed and the bigbang ' theory .
   ( A redshift ' difference of 0.05 in 100 days , gives a position ' difference of about 500 M.y.l. -normal in the presented Numbers- and that gives a movement of 5 M.y.l. for a day and 60 y.l. for second ; 60 years have 2 MD. of seconds and so that galaxy is moving 2 MD. times speedder than ligth ; the family ' galaxies with 'error' are almost the 1 % and the quasars are 10.000 times rarer .)
     INTERPRETATION ‘ ANOMALY
   A mistery lasts from more than 30 years about the anomal acceleration of Pioneer 10 and 11.
   We have written more times about it , in past , because we suspect common roots with the RS (and same number than Hubble Constant +8.74 referred to M.y.l.); one year ago the experts took again all datas of that spatial adventure for arriving to a definitive truth . They said that the anomaly was in a pressure ‘ loss by temperature (http://arxiv.org/pdf/1204.2507v1.pdf ). We note    1) the effect of that temperature was in past underextimate (-0.55) more than 10 times and with a contrary effect    2) the anomal main acceleration (see www.arxiv:gr-qc/0104064v510..) is to be considered of the same sign of the antenna recoil (+1.10) and solar radiation'effect (+0.03) , that push away from the sun    3) they don’t explain other relative anomalies like the yearly increasing and decreasing of that main acceleration ( 10% ) and dayly regularly changements ( 0.3% ) ; they don’t clarify because all that happens in a particular moment ( and sinuosidally ) ; all that should do to suspect an exterior natural cause (not interior mechanical one)… sometime we proposed the Raman ‘ solution , with repetition of our experiments ( see our old reports : Co(s)mic Observations....) and a control ‘ experiment ( : the contemporary emission of radiation at temperature around 50 K -submillimiter wave by goat'effect-, only when the rocket ' radio is transmitting ) ….
   Waiting for better knowings and confirmations , also now you should make formulas that applyed to a galaxy , can be a first step for
     NORMALIZATION OF REDSHIFT
  ( corrections so the formula Dist.= RS*H , give the true value ) ;
together the DISTANCE , it seems expecially the TEMPERATURE ( or temperature ‘frequency , or ETA or energy ‘ transferring to lower frequencies in our adjustments (quasar and ANG), waiting for systems like B-V in the stars ) that mouves the RS jointed to the specific flux-SFEP- (see : New catalogues ..) . It must be considered also the visual eccentricity-ECC- because it can diminuish or annul the specific flux ‘ effect .
   Here-down we offer some averages showing the reciprocal influences ( our passed statistics use only galaxies furnished with ETA ( stellar formation index ,used like indicator of temperature) , that are excluding galaxies with negative RS or inferior than 0.01 , but the ETA ‘ lack means very low temperature ! :
   1 ) average at least 1000 galaxies with negative RS (i.e. given without ETA ) :
 MBjsel 18.4   RS – 0.0005  ECC 0.36 True Surf pix. 320  SFEP. 18.4 ;
   2 ) average at least 1000 galaxies with positive RS (i.e. given without ETA ) :
MBjsel 18.4  RS + 0.005      ECC 0.41  Tr. Surf. p. 320     SFEP 16.9 ;
   3 ) average at least 1000 gal. with ETA :
MBjsel 18.4   RS + 0.105     ECC 0.34     T S p. 320     SFEP 14.5 ;
   4 ) average 1000 gal. with ETA and ECC lower than 0.25 :
 MBjsel 17.2   RS 0.077    TSp 800   SFEP 17.40 ;
 MBjsel 18.2   RS 0.103    TSp 360   SFEP 15.44 ;
 MBjsel 18.4   RS 0.110     TSp 307   SFEP 15.00 ;
 MBjsel 19.2   RS 0.129     TSp 179     SFEP 12.30 ;
   5 ) galaxies with percentual of eccentricity bigger than 0.70
 with   MBjsel 16.27      % 20.5 ;
 with MBjsel 16.77     % 19.5 ;
 with MBjsel 17.27     % 18 ;
 with MBjsel 17.77     % 13.8 ;
 with MBjsel 18.27      % 9.7 ;
 with MBjsel 18.77     % 6.9 ;
 with MBjsel 19.27     % 5.4 ;
   6 ) galaxies con MBjsel 18.4 :
 with ECC 0-0.25      SFEP 14.9     RS 0.111 ;
 with ECC 0.25-0.45     SFEP 15      RS 0.105 ;
 with ECC 0.45-0.65     SFEP 14.6      RS 0.101
with ECC 0.65-0.78      SFEP 14      RS 0.097 ;
with ECC 0.78-1        SFEP 13        RS 0.93
   note : consistent groups ( more than 1000 components ) with similar MBjsel ( 18.4 ) and similar True Surface ( 310-320 ) can have  RS  -0.0005 , +0.005 , 0.105 , 0.110 depending from temperature , flux and eccentricity.
   From that it seems to arrive to a complex formula , because the influence ‘ elements are interdependent , like in the Raman ‘ effect .(? RSNormalized = RS^0.9 + a * ((1+ECC)^3)/SFEP^2 - b * ((1+TEMP)/6000 )^3 - c * ( Adsorbtion , Travel Particles)?); the last-one at moment, is not foreseeble , but inferior at 20%.
But the sky offers a big help in normalization ' direction : today the universe , with its objects and relative RS , appears a no-tied complex , i. e. discontinuous ; you can find a big number of galaxies association ( in the clusters ) that present a line of 3-4-5 objects almost well distanced or thiched nucleus ( of course , some objects can be perspectively jointed ) but the oversuggested formulas should resolve all situations.
The RS , also if normalized by formulas , for us has not the meaning of escape ( and so of time ; the bigbang is never happened in that way !) but only a relation with the  energy ‘ transferring from higth frequencies to lower-ones by Raman ‘ effect ( this physical phenomena is particularly effectual with higth frequencies , higth flux’density , coherence and external low temperatures and particles ( H. Arp some years ago in a discussion , suggested that the luminousity ( higth flux ! ) seemed to mouve the RS more than temperature , also if he could not explain the physical mechanism ); like showed in past , the Raman ‘ effect can find explication also for CBR ( background radiation ) , the dark matter , dark energy and without a big fantasy also the overnoted anomalies .(oldogf@yahoo.it)
CONCLUSIONS  AND  CONSIDERATIONS
At this point , it is possible to hipotize a ' Nero effect ' which says : a first elettromagnetic coherent radiation , hitting an atomic complex , provokes ( moves ) in this-one a second elettromagnetic emission at the characteristic frequency of the complex , jointed to an emission sum and difference of the two frequencies  ;
the Raman effect is the reveil the (remaining) first-one and the sum and difference between the firt and second-one ( the difficulties in reveiling the second-one are depending from the linearity of the blackbody ' curve at the low temperatures and at the relatively higth room ' pressure ) ;
the Nero effect  provokes also a small lowering of the first frequency proportional to the energy ' tranfert in the second-one because the coherence understood like autostructured ( see : AUTOSTRUCTURED  LIGTH ) ;
the misterious anomal acceleration of the Pioneer 10-11 is caused by this frequency ' lowering , like also the cosmic RedShift ;
the cosmic background radiation ( CBR ) is simply the reveil of the second emission at the temperature and pressure of the interstellar space ;
the introductions of concepts like ' dark matter or energy ' comes from the anomalies relief , consequent of the Nero effect , which , in that way , can resolve also the 50 other anomalies proposed in our precedent reports ;
the Raman effect , as a part of  Nero effect , keeps the same efficiencies with temperature , pressure and physical characteristics of atomic provoking complex ;
the Nero effect drives to the concept of ' tired ligth ' , but it resolves the critics of blurring ( because it has not ray ' deviation ) , time dilation and Tolman test ( because the higth temperature ' curve is selfconsuming ) and it gives the CBR ( because the emissions are at very low pressure ) .

ANOMALIE   DI  GALASSIE
( o CERCANDO AMICI IN CIELO ) ( o CAMILLA   E   ASKO SICURAMENTE CAPIRANNO....)
 Premessa : i nostri articoli di astronomia sostengono una teoria sul redshift in opposizione alla teoria del bigbang ;
  noi non conosciamo associazioni di galassie con quasar o supernova o gamma-ray-burst aventi i redshift simili ;

MBjsel 17.2   RS 0.075   ECC 0.45    Sup Vera  pix 1350 ;
MBjsel 18.2    RS 0.10    ECC 0.38    SVpix          550 ;
Osserveremo
     1 ) che gli SFEPs ottenuti , al 99% , sono contenuti in un rapporto di 1 a 4 ( con valori numerici da 7 a 28 circa ) e questo deve apparire strano poichè le galassie hanno dimensione numerica di stelle molto varia (da 5 milioni di stelle a 5000 miliardi con rapporto 1 a un milione circa) , con differenze grandi di temperatura ( la temperatura influisce sul fotometro con la quarta potenza ), di eta’ , di varia esposizione angolare , etc.etc.; ricordiamo che il flusso come da noi calcolato , per la nostra fisica , dovrebbe rimanere costante ad ogni distanza perche’ a distanza doppia l ‘ energia diventa un quarto come un quarto diventa la superfice...( solo su un ultimo teorico punto sarebbe possibile avere una diminuizione della luce con l'allontanamento ( rispettando i problemi di alone , luce deviata dall'alta atmosfera e masse lontane in movimento )
     2 ) che se applichiamo al nostro Gruppo Locale di Galassie il calcolo del flux spec per pix (SFEP), su 19 galassie una sola raggiunge il flux necessario per essere rilevato a 250 M.a.l.( RS 0.01 ), mentre il rapporto interno di SFEP va da 1 a 100 (e' da 1 a 4 nel CAT VII/250) ; se applichiamo lo stesso calcolo all ‘ ammasso della Vergine -distanza 60 M.a.l.-, su 15 componenti solo 4 sarebbero visibili ( con rapporto interno di flux 1 a 4 ) ; per dimensione spaziale quasi tutte queste galassie potrebbero vedersi anche da molto piu’ lontano e da cio’ discende che probabilmente quello che vediamo a grandi distanze sono solo i nuclei e che questi hanno una grande uniformita’ luminosa , anche se molto diversi tra loro , come gia' detto .
     3 ) si consideri  che le galassie con alto flusso (SFEP) sono per MBjsel , dimensione ( Sup. Vera ) e RS probabilmente le piu’ vicine perchè :
MBjsel 17.2    SFEP 18.5    RS 0.070    SupVera pix 1300 ;
MBjsel 18.2    SFEP 16       RS 0.095    SVpix 550 ;
   Noi riteniamo questa soluzione sbagliata o limitata perchè    1) l'effetto di quella temperatura era stato in passato stimato inferiore (-0.55) piu'di 10 volte e di segno contrario all'accelerazione      2) perchè l'accelerazione anomala principale (www.arxiv:gr-qc/0104054v510) è considerata dello stesso segno del rinculo d'antenna per comunicazioni-radio (+1.10) e dell'effetto 'pressione di radiazione solare' (+0.03) che spingono via dal sole    3) perchè non spiega altre anomalie collegate , come l ' annuale incremento e decremento (10%) dell ' accelerazione principale e i regolari cambiamenti giornalieri (0.3%);
MBjsel 18.4   RS – 0.0005   ECC 0.36   Sup.Vera pix.320  SFEP 18.4
  2 ) media di oltre 1000 galassie senza ETA :
MBjsel 18.4   RS + 0.005    ECC 0.41    Sup.Vera p. 320    SFEP 16.9
  3 ) media di oltre 1000 galasssie con ETA :
MBj 18.4      RS + 0.105     ECC 0.34     Sup V. p. 320      SFEP 14.5
MBj 17.2     RS 0.077     SVp 800    SFEP 17.40 ;
MBj 18.2      RS 0.103     SVp 360     SFEP 15.44
MBj 18.4      RS 0.110     SVp 307      SFEP15.00
 MBj 19.2      RS 0.129     SVp 179      SFEP12.30 ;
MBj 16.27        % 20.5 ;
 MBj 16.77       % 19.5 ;
 MBj 17.27         % 18 ;
 MBj 17.77       % 13.8 ;
 MBj 18.27      % 9.7 ;
 MBj 18.77        % 6.9 ;
 MBj 19.27       % 5.4 ;
  6 ) galassie con MBjsel 18.4 :
 con ECC 0-0.25             SFEP 14.9       RS 0.111 ;
 con ECC      0.25-0.45     SFEP 15      RS 0.105 ;
 con ECC 0.45-0.65      SFEP 14.6       RS 0.101 ;
l ' effetto Raman e' il rilevare la ( rimanenza della) prima e la somma e differenza della prima e della seconda ( la difficolta' di rilevamento della seconda dipende dalla linearita' della curva di corpo nero alla bassa temperatura e alla relativamente alta pressione ambiente ) ;
l'effetto Nero provoca anche un piccolo abbassamento della prima frequenza proporzionale al trasferimento di energia nella seconda frequenza a causa della coerenza intesa come autostrutturazione ( vedi : LUCE  AUTOSTRUTTURATA  ) ;
la misteriosa anomalia dell ' accelerazione dei Pioneer 10-11 e' dovuta a questo abbassamento di frequenza come pure il RedShift cosmico ;
la radiazione cosmica di fondo ( CBR ) e' semplicemente il rilievo della seconda emissione a temperatura e pressione dello spazio interstellare cosmico ;
l ' introduzione dei concetti di ' materia ed energia oscura ' derivano dal rilievo delle anomalie galattiche conseguenza dell ' effetto Nero , che cosi' puo' essere risolutore anche di 50 altre anomalie da noi rilevate nei report precedenti ;
l ' effettto Raman , come parte dell ' effetto Nero , condivide con questo le efficienze legate alla temperatura , pressione e caratteristiche fisiche del complesso atomico scatenante  ;
